Welcome back! We are excited to announce that the time has come once again to work on distributing the scholarships. We are working hard to make sure that the money donated is awarded to the children with the most need. It is our hope that the money awarded will assist in providing a great education to these students. A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of donor recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer’s own dependent. LEF does not permit donor recommendations. Scholarships are awarded to only those students with true financial need.
